We started because we were tired of scrolling through basic home decor stores looking for pieces that match our vibe. So we built the store we wished existed.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your piece. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, we’ve got you.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
